One of the worst attorneys I've ever known she is always sick or out of town do! NOT waisted your money here, they don't answer phone call or email at all. One think I can assure you is that she won't lose a case, She'll drop your case before!! She losses.

Maybe the worst experience I've had with customer service. I was told from the beginning by Marley that my retainer fee would get me up to trial. There was never a trial so why another very large bill? They seemed very tempted up to start preparing for something that we agreed would probably never take place. Very dishonest! They then proceeded to try and sue me after they knew I had just gotten custody of my daughter. Heartless no matter what they try to spin to you. Susan gave me this big speech in the beginning on how they do not price gouge. Very dishonest again. Susan then tried to explain to me that I would have lost case if not for them. Also very dishonest since me and my ex came to our own agreement. I will be filing a case against them with the attorney general and maybe more if need be. Total dissatisfaction!

Overall a very positive experience with this law firm and Marley. She always has a very open mind when it comes to a more difficult case, and she is willing to put in the work. She was very attentive and even helped me handle a tough situation over a holiday. I never felt like I didn't have all of the information about what was happening, and I was always very well prepped. They are very open with their clients.

My experience with Tristano & Tristano was phenomenal. They are extremely informative. On the ball or above on the ball i should say. I have a couple of questions to the negative reviews i just read before posting mine. Did you ever have a lawyer contact you after 5? On the same day? Same week? Available to address your concerns on the weekend? Marly called me at 7 30 at night about my case and apologized for calling so late. She was still working.This is not a 9-5. Ive worked hard all my life late. Early. So i see dedication and hard work and appreciate it. Beyond that knowledge and explaining everything and experience you cant go wrong.. My last point is that i hope nobody has to go through a divorce but if you do pick Marly before your significant other does

I see a lot of negative reviews but I had a completely different experience. I was very satisfied. Is there room for improvements, sure. But over all I felt like I had someone that was representing my interests and was good at it too. Divorce/custody is expensive, an individual has to prepare for that going in. Good lawyers aren't cheap, you pay for what you get. My outcome was extremely favorable. I felt Mike T. and Susan were honest with me, even if some things didn't go my way. Its going to happen, and a lawyer can't always help that. I'd still recommend them and I have. I was a client in 2011 for reference.
