Kim is aweful. She is biased, very unprofessional, and does far from keeping any child's best interest at heart, and makes threats to the other parties. She has not a clue what is even listed in the orders that she enters in court so she clearly doesn't do her reading when it comes to her cases.

If I had to do mediation I would not go back to Kim Norton. The mediation process itself was ok. However the allocation judgement and parenting plan she typed up was full of errors, she was notified of the errors and did not fix them. For a $200 an hour attorney this is unacceptable.

Very bias and unprofessional. Needs reported to professional regulation board. Stopped the mediation meeting within 10 min. Returned all money to the person that was yelling and refused to go any farther. Charged the other person. Kept siding with the other person .
