Oh my goodness!! We can't thank you all enough! We needed a document yesterday, and they were able to get it back to us in about an hour and a half! The staff there was super friendly and very accommodating! Thanks again!

Awesome law office. Took care of my house closing. Made it easy and explained every detail of the loan so there were no questions or doubts after leaving. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend them. A+++

POA inquires beware: Business has a nice and friendly feel. I wish they could have helped me, but instead they made me feel uncomfortable. I take care of someone who wished to make me their power of attorney. I mentioned that he was forgetful and they spoke to him alone. He said he couldn't remember exactly what was said but that they couldn't help us. He said they would not explain why. They didn't bother talking to me at all. I am a good listener and would have probably understood, but I believe I was misjudged. Because I was given no explanation, I just felt bad and uncomfortable. Like I was doing something wrong, when I am only trying to get a family friend the help he needs. It was a waste of our time, and would have been a waste of money too if we had went through with it. $400 dollars to be exact. We have found a different local law office that would only be charging $150 for this service.

1st let me get the architecture out of the way. Love main beam and supports from the original mixed with new. Now on to the business. Staff was awesome to work with it's nice when people know their job very well. It makes the whole process go smoothly. We had a couple of hiccups one caused by seller and the other by another company send money to wrong place. The staff just rolled with it and did what needed to be done. Got seller working on fixing her issue and we just kept plugging along with all we had to do. They told us that it could take a couple of hours to get the transfer back to the starting bank then resent to us. So they said go have lunch and it should be done by then. They were spot on we were just leaving to head back over and they called said it was all good. We got there and our paperwork was in a envelope waiting. This is the kind of service that we had. So again the staff did an excellent job and got it done.
