Had multiple issues after the fact with a home purchase Kosteck represented me on. Many inspection issues that he insisted we had to "give them the opportunity to fix", which the seller agreed to. Most of them turned out to not be fixed at all or done extremely poorly. After multiple attempts to reach out and have him get the issues addressed they have done basically nothing and now can't even get a response from them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If everything goes well they'll probably be just fine but if there's any issues (especially after the fact) know that you will likely get ignored.
