He told me that I could back out if I wanted to but I really want to the condo so will you put me in a position where I was able to move forward with compensation. His staff is exceptionally professional and handled my paperwork without any issues. I did not have to attend two of the closings as Dean represented me and sent the paperwork over after the fact. I did not have to attend to have the closings, which was really nice so I didn't have to miss work. I felt so confident that I did not use a realtor when I sold my last condo and his office handled everything. He is wonderful and I highly recommend working with him.

CLIENT BEWARE: I had Dean represent me on a property acquisition. We got through the entire due-diligence phase. Two days before closing, Dean claimed there's a title issue and we can't close on the property. I asked for further explanation and he failed to provide one. Long story short, we got a new attorney and we closed last month on the SAME house with the SAME title. Our new attorney didn't see any issues with title. Nor did our lender. Later we found out the whole thing was fabricated by Dean because he was "too busy" to put our closing on the calendar. Extremely unprofessional. It almost cost us our dream home.

If you're buying you're very first home, this is by far the worst choice in lawyers you could make. Dean has 5 assistants who don't speak to him or each other, they lack any common sense to forward along email to one another. So you can imagine the nightmare one would go through. Debbie is an all out horror to work with. She is rude, and speaks to you like you're a moron, when she is because she failed to understand the details of the contract that one of her coworkers held in their email. They also NEVER respond to your emails with your questions or needs. I have had to send an email THREE TIMES about closing (which is in three days) and not one "we are looking into it" or " we will see what we can do" - WHAT AM I PAYING YOU (an ungodly amount) FOR!? They have made this process more difficult than necessary and have caused way too many bumps in the road. Which lets circle around to how they could of screwed us on the home. They sent us a contract from the seller on the 6/22, we approved via email 6/22. At the 11th hour Debbie is asking where our approval is?.....ONE UNNECESSARY heart attack after another. I will be sure to come back and edit, come closing on Monday.
