Dean is my real estate attorney and I could not possibly recommend him more. I have bought and sold four timesin the last 15 years and Dean was my attorney for all of them. My brother has bought and sold two houses and have excellent service as well. Nothing gets past Dean or his staff. At my first closing, the seller had cold feet and wanted to bail on the contract/deal but wanted to keep the money I had put in escrow to secure the contract! Dean gave me phenomenal advice and handled the situation. At the closing, the seller had intentionally left out additional association fees and did not fix or replace the air conditioning, which was mandated in the contract. Dean secured $1200 that I used after the closing to replace the air conditioner and also got $1200 from the seller to cover one year-worth of maintenance fees that had not been disclosed. He told me that I could back out if I wanted to but I really want to the condo so will you put me in a position where I was able to move forward with compensation. His staff is exceptionally professional and handled my paperwork without any issues. I did not have to attend two of the closings as Dean represented me and sent the paperwork over after the fact. I did not have to attend to have the closings, which was really nice so I didn't have to miss work. I felt so confident that I did not use a realtor when I sold my last condo and his office handled everything. He is wonderful and I highly recommend working with him.

Dean & his entire team were extremely helpful during the recent sale of my home. Could not have asked for a more efficient and knowledgeable team to represent me during the process. It's no secret that Dean has been in the business for a long time and the experience truly shows! Will definitely be using them again, it makes a huge difference working with a team that you trust and know will have your back.

CLIENT BEWARE: I had Dean represent me on a property acquisition. We got through the entire due-diligence phase. Two days before closing, Dean claimed there's a title issue and we can't close on the property. I asked for further explanation and he failed to provide one. Long story short, we got a new attorney and we closed last month on the SAME house with the SAME title. Our new attorney didn't see any issues with title. Nor did our lender. Later we found out the whole thing was fabricated by Dean because he was "too busy" to put our closing on the calendar. Extremely unprofessional. It almost cost us our dream home.

If you're buying you're very first home, this is by far the worst choice in lawyers you could make. Dean has 5 assistants who don't speak to him or each other, they lack any common sense to forward along email to one another. So you can imagine the nightmare one would go through. Debbie is an all out horror to work with. She is rude, and speaks to you like you're a moron, when she is because she failed to understand the details of the contract that one of her coworkers held in their email. They also NEVER respond to your emails with your questions or needs. I have had to send an email THREE TIMES about closing (which is in three days) and not one "we are looking into it" or " we will see what we can do" - WHAT AM I PAYING YOU (an ungodly amount) FOR!? They have made this process more difficult than necessary and have caused way too many bumps in the road. Which lets circle around to how they could of screwed us on the home. They sent us a contract from the seller on the 6/22, we approved via email 6/22. At the 11th hour Debbie is asking where our approval is?.....ONE UNNECESSARY heart attack after another. I will be sure to come back and edit, come closing on Monday.
