I was referred to Greg Roosevelt by another attorney for handling of paper work as I have moved out of state and the business the paperwork is for, is in IL. I waited a week for a response and after calling to check if he would take the "case," his secretary gave me his email to send detailed information on what I needed. Greg responded with a very curt email stating my demands would cost more than it was worth. After 41 years of practice, maybe it's time for Greg to retire if he can't be bothered to respond in a timely or courteous manner.
