Absolutely. Do not call the Edwardsville office this. The lady that answered the phone was more than rude. I had called them over the summer 2024. And now she's trying to tell me that I filed multiple claims with them. This is not true. These guys are absolutely scammers.

The process of getting disability is a very long and stressful process. This law office never made me feel bad for calling, asking question and crying on the phone. Very professional and explains everything in detail giving no false hope. I will always be in debt to these fine group of people that treated me with respect and dignity. Worst SSD law firm...they mishandled my case for 8 years. They had my medical records at the beginning and never submitted them..so when it was my time for the hearings my atty. just sat there like a scared school boy and said nothing both times..most of the time I had to get them records due to lack of them doing their jobs..all e of my Dr's could not believe with my health problems they couldn't get the job done..so now I'm speaking with another atty. and he agrees that it was mishandled but informed me I no longer can receive SSD it will be supplement income which can't support 3 children off of..but he did recommend that if file a complaint with the bar association and file a malpractice law suit which is now in the process..stay clear of this law firm..all they do is paperwork..and they can't even do that properly.
