Please be careful they will scam you!!! Keep all your receipts or they will try to say you haven't paid them!!!!! Go elsewhere for bankruptcy! I have all my receipts except one for 100$ but they are acting like they didn't clearly see the picture of the 550$ receipt I emailed. Waiting on my refund let's see if I actually get it. Update...they won't give me a full refund even with receipts! Don't trust these guys

I have been assigned bembenek and he is really good. He doesn't always work fast but he Def knows what he is doing and is open to listening to what you want to do, or any routes YOU want to try with your case. He tells you what he knows and thinks will Happen or may Happen then let's you make up your mind on how to proceed. If you are not familiar with what options you have he will explain things thoroughly to you. I'm pretty knowledgeable about this kind of stuff so I just told him what I wanted to do and he would tell me his thoughts on it and let me decide. If you hire him and aren't just assigned to him, I think he would be a good choice to help you get the outcome you want.
