Yes, I did get a voicemail 9/5/25 from Elliot Gianaris stating he spoke to me prior to and stated I wanted to drop the case, I never spoke to anyone!
And he scolded me for leaving a 1 star review, then said "this is serious, call back", I have the voicemail for review.
Closed case with no call or notification, found out by checking app. Just call me and tell me, so I dont waste my time waiting on a response. Very unprofessional way to handle business!
Spoke with Elliott Gianaris and Mitch they had no resolution only said we picked someone else? and lied stating I spoke with Elliott on 8/25/25 which I never did!
