I have/had 2 lawsuits with VanDerGinst. The first one is a personal injury case which is still active & the other was a work comp case which has been settled. What I like about this law firm is they represent their clients & look out for the clients best interest when it deals with a settlement. I also like that they don't get paid unless you get paid. Most law firms wants the money up front before they'll even consider taking a case. And they will fight for the highest payout their clients deserve. Also, their paralegal's work hard on the clients behalf on getting all responsible parties held accountable when it comes to who are responsible for your injury case.
