I had a consultation with Steve, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to review my situation and was upfront about the challenges with my case since it's an older one. Even though we didn't move forward, he gave me clear advice and helped me understand my options. It's refreshing to meet a lawyer who values honesty over just taking a case. Highly recommend for anyone looking for straightforward, trustworthy legal guidance.

Be careful with Steve Seidman. He lies and pretends to care only to get a settlement out of your case. He will worry about bigger cases while forcing you to settle with the first offer. He does not like challenges and looks for easy payouts. If I were you, find a family friend who's a lawyer! If you do take these guys, do not settle without leaving your medical open. They will force you to close the medical for back injuries because it's too hard to fight it. Leaving the medical open means you do not have to use your settlement money for your future doctor visits and any surgeries and/or treatments.
Another thing is most lawyers work with the competing lawyers and know them well. They will work with each other on what's the best case scenario for themselves instead of fighting it in court. You've been warned.

My husband has was a client with the firm for many years. Every single case was handled exceptionally well and the outcome was very worth the time and effort.
Thank you

This firm was recommend by a family friend who apparently had a good experience with them. I think they will care about your case if there is a large payout expected, but I think you should avoid this firm if your case is not potentially worth more than 1M.
I was in a car accident, hit by an uninsured driver. This firm charges a higher percentage than most (at least 40%) and assigned me their most junior associate, who seemed inexperienced and/or overworked. It took five years to get anywhere with his case, because this lawyer worked at a snail's pace, was constantly frazzled, repeatedly making excuses that he was working on several other cases (more important than mine, I gathered) and I had to call or email him at monthly to get any updates on my case.
He dropped the ball on several fronts, telling me he sent requests for documents from medical providers and my former employer (for proof that I had missed work and lost income) only to find out that over two years after he supposedly submitted requests, he actually had not! These documents were extremely important evidence in my case.
The bottom line is that I was treated like an afterthought or even a burden by this firm, my payout was severely delayed, and I feel that I overpayed for the subpar service I received.
At the very end, when there was a delay in the payment check being distributed, I did get a call from one of the partners, apologizing and explaining that this lawyer (not so junior after five years?) could have/should have worked faster by delegating duties. I was so tired and mad at this point, that I didn't point out that it's also a partner/owner's duty to supervise and properly train and mentor their associates.
Bottom line: if you don't have a big money case guaranteed to pull in millions, avoid this firm. If you do have a big money case, they may help you, and will charge more than most others.
