Waste of time don't even go to them . They refused my case which was serious and made it seem like they were going to take it at first. Karla Loera was unprofessional and made it seem like I was going to get a response fast and she waited a month to tell me they weren't going to take my case and that was only because I messaged her to ask her what was going on. They only help based on the race.
