I am always able to see what is going on with my case through the portal that is provide for the clients. Emails that I send are always answered with the information that I was inquiring about. This case is long, and I am glad these are my attorneys.

I called to obtain a medical malpractice attorney. The receptionist took my contact information and informed me that an attorney would call me back that same day (Monday.) Later that day, I received a text message asking if I had entered an internet inquiry and asked if I wanted a follow up call. I replied that I had not entered an internet inquiry, that I had called and that someone an attorney was already scheduled to call me back. No attorney called back Monday. I assumed they got busy so I waited all day Tuesday and still no call back. Wednesday, I called them back and they apologized and confirmed my contact information, said that my inquiry looked as though it had been completed and told me that an attorney would call me back later that day. No attorney called. I waited all day Thursday and no one called. Friday, I called back. The receptionist apologized and set up a 3pm time for an attorney to call me. At 5 minutes to 3 pm, my phone rang 1 ring then hung up. I figured since it was 5 minutes early, the attorney hung up to do something and would call back. I waited until 3:15 pm and called back again. The intake person apologized, took a few general facts about my case and told me that I didn't meet their criteria but suggested I call other firms. I've called about 20 firms, all the big ones on TV and they all say the same thing. Some have even given me other attorney fees and one even said that they take a portion of the proceeds if my case wins if I use their referral attorney. I was never able ti talk with an attorney for a free consultation.
