I am starting to wonder if reviews are true. My case manager Leticia is terrible with communication. Every time I try to reach her, she is on another call and doesn't get back to me. I called once yesterday and 3 times today because I need an urgent advice regarding my case, every time I called, she is on the other line apparently or not available. And she didn't reach back to me after 4 calls and messages left for her. And it's the same every time I call. When I first called them, they took all information, seemed very interested and wanted to help and said my case manager and medical team will contact me in 2-3 days. After a long time, I finally called them because I was waiting to see a doctor asap. Medical team said they thought I was out of country (?!) and again I called several times to talk to my case manager for the first time. So far bad experience, I will update if something changes.

I made my payment every month on time for a very long time with them , I have a reputable car insurance company now...all we are asking is for them to be ethical and basically make things right like they should.. again just ignoring my attorney and saying no to settling an extremely fair offer is frustrating and mind-boggling... in a nutshell I was rear-ended and there is a police report that states I'm the victim so we're not quite sure what the insurance company is thinking and doing but it's not right!... But I'd bet my last dollar it will be made right thanks to McCready Law Firm. I'll continue to be patient because I have the best attorneys in the Chicagoland area on my case.
