I had NEVER been in a severe car wreck as bad as I got hit 3/2024. I was educated on personal injury vs workman's compensation. Lerner is taking care of my personal injury suit, I can not tell you how much of a headache this injury has been, besides my lumbar all messed up and I lost work for 4 months. Lerner stepped up, I was fortunate to work with Leigh my attorney and Molly her amazing assistant who has been diligent in reaching out to me following up with any updates. I have a complicated workman's comp case ongoing, (my job making that fun) but at the minimum, Molly reached out today as she normally does to check it and makes me feel like she actually cares. My back is always gonna be in pain, even after PT, back injections and inflammation, but what's not been a pain in my ass is the positivity and care from Lerner and Rowe.
