My attorney was Tom Hyland, and his assistant was Christina Garza. They were excellent to work with. Tom was always busy, handling many cases, but was always on top of my situation, and easily to communicate with. I dealt with Tom more than Christina, and I found that to be extremely comforting, because usually the attorney passes the day to day dealings to his assistant. I'm not sure how he was able to do all that he did for me and my case, but my settlement, my surgery, and the negotiations was far above my expectations. He once spoke with my surgeon over the phone, and while Tom and I were waiting for the surgeon, he had to have taken at least 6 calls and still knew exactly what we were doing when my surgeon came in to speak with us.
