I have to say that I could not be more disappointed with this law firm. I have been represented by them in a personal injury case. I have recently learned that they are charging me 40% instead of 33.3% which is reasonable and customary for cases that get settled out of court. The answer I received is that they only charge that to instate clients because they are bound by law. But the law allows them to charge 40% to clients out of state so that's what they do and that I should have read that in the contract. My response was that I did not realize that I needed to hire a lawyer to read the contract from my lawyer. One of the attorneys named Danielle told me that I would not have a settlement if It was not for them... not true!! So in closing if your out of state don't expect Hurley McKenna & Mertz, P.C. to have your best interest in mind.

I don't think I can really put into words how amazing this Firm has been. I live in New York and didn't trust my case with a firm here. I trusted this out of state firm all the way in Illinois to take care of my business. Best decision of my life. I could not be any more pleased with the service. From all the attorneys multiple paralegals all have been superior. Id definitely recommend this firm to anyone.Thank You Thank You Thank You for all you have done for me

Yeah , i've been Working with this Law firm for years. But not working in the sense of working for them .I've been a client and they have been absolutely amazing. They have a very thorough team and are very knowledgeable of what's going on. If I was the ever need to recommend a law firm.This would be the law firm that I would be recommended.
