someone from Patel got in contact with me to take my accident case and we met up in a took one case for some reason they end up transferring my case to another law firm didn't even tell me that they transferred my case over until I got a letter from the new law firm I feel like that was unprofessional. I had to sign papers for the new law firm to take my case this case is from 2018 and it's ongoing now the lawyer is on a professional on keeping us informed of what's going on then the defendant lawyer end up taking me to court with a different lawyer and I'm trying to tell my lawyer about that and he telling me to come to court without him even being there along with two different court cases He didn't even know about the court case we won the little court case We won his assistant, said that they was cutting us a check in December which we never got he end up saying that they were taking us back to court. They went against it we always talking to assistance, never talking to him never keeping us inform of what's going on and now he want to go against my assurance company and now he saying that it's past the limitation time now he sent me papers to motion to withdraw from the case, nothing that he said to us is written in on paper is more to this case and how you not know when you've been a lawyer all this time to know the stipulation times this company law firm I will not recommend to anyone neither one Elman Joseph Law Group ,LLC all of a sudden, you wanna take yourself off the case and it is different from what you told us over the phone we can't never get a hold of you. You don't keep us informed of anything never give us any paperwork. Nothing about what's going on with the case we have to keep calling and calling and calling talking to different assistance so unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend these companies anyone and telling us we can get another lawyer. If this case the statue limitation is over why you don't close out the case not excuse yourself from the case it makes me think that you got paid for me and my mother and sister who Case and you took. did not take my Case seriously and I always blame it on Covid. They have so many cases they can't get to mine.

I was in a car accident, they contacted me should have known to find my own. My insurance was charged and shouldn't have been . The person responsible for hitting me insurance should have covered everything. Being my atty he didn't do a great job. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ps. Why did they get paid more than me.
