I used to send everything to these guys as far as collection issues, scam calls, etc. But the last year, the quality of communication just went to pot. I had a claim against Carvana, and I couldn't get even a timely reply. When I threatened to leave a review, magically someone followed up. I elected not to use them for this. Then two cases that Agruss has had for YEARS- one, I get a random email asking me for information and details like I have notes attached to my right arm at all times. I don't even remember the issue, it's been so long. While on this call, I ask about a case that AGRUSS signed- and agreed to help me with I'd say close to a year and a half ago. The attorney on the case was awful, didn't do any real work- actually told me that he couldn't find the lawyer for the company I was going after. I went to Google, typed "General counsel, *company name *" and got the name and address for General counsel. I'm fairly certain this lawyer must have cheated on the bar exam- because he couldn't figure Google out. Months went by with no communication- so I ask on this call yesterday- only to find out this attorney is no longer at the firm. No one has even looked at the case. No one communicated anything. It just sat there. After having to re-explain the case to another attorney and her not getting it, I just had enough. This firm can't handle anything more complex than collector harassment- so don't bother.
