WOW! What an experience! Wiles Law made the sale of my property so easy. it was enjoyable. Jade, is one of a kind. She followed up on every action and contacted me to ensure I was okay with everything that was going on. What I did not expect was the a personal touch from a law firm. An oxymoron to say the least. Nothing personal about a law firm BUT I have to share that Jade Street is the epitome of customer service. Jade never allowed me to get off the phone without absolute assurance of what was going on with my closing and the status of each step involved with the title company. I am enthusiastically pleased with every step and the entire process of my closing. I absolutely recommend Wiles Law to handle your closing. They are more than professional, they are personable. If I could give him less than 1 star I would. Trevor was the attorney for the sellers of a home we bought. He was absolutely awful, & due to his severe procrastination and incompetence we were almost unable to close on the house on the contracted date. When our lender, real estate agent, or attorney called him for updates he was rude and would not cooperate with the requests for more transparency on his process & time line, which was requested because he STILL hadn't finished what he was to complete DAYS before closing. He seemed to not care at all that he was dangerously close to throwing the sellers into default of their contract, and that we would be without a home after closing on our house of things we're not completed. In fact, he did not complete what was needed until we were at the bank closing on the house we sold. He's inconsiderate, rude, uncooperative, and from our experience is incompetent with property and real estate law. I would absolutely never recommend him!

Trevor consistently goes above and beyond for us, whether it's answering small questions throughout the day or handling larger matters like evictions. He is always straightforward, professional, and ensures we are well-informed every step of the way. Highly recommend his services!

Mr. Wiles has been a joy to work with. I own a property management company in Champaign, IL. He handles my evictions, legal concerns with our documents, how to maneuver the court system and he has been my attorney at multiple property closings as the buyer and as the seller. He communicates legalese in a way that my staff and I can understand. Ya know we didn't go to law school and sometime listening to legal jargon is like trying to understand a foreign language.
