Terrible experience! The worst! This is a real estate transaction. We were selling a piece of property and are located almost 500 miles from the Location. Started out three weeks before closing. I had talked to Heidi and had discussed that I would not make it to closing so she was doing electronic closing then they called me at closing asking where I was said I'm at my house in Tennessee like I told you so thoughtyeah some people do make mistakes so I went ahead and overnighted paperwork back for her to close and we discussed beforehand the closing, the buyer was responsible for 100% of everything like we discussed then at closing just about 1000 Short and unaccounted for and not answering the phone highly recommend staying away from this establishment and fraud!

horrible, wasted five years of my life, cost my family a fortune, incompetent handling of an estate, not someone I'd even want as a public defender, let alone someone I'd pay for unless I just wanted to throw it away. when I emailed Shayla, she didn't answer half my questions, and deflected the other half. had no problem taking our money but couldn't get hers fast enough, once I gave her the check I shouldn't have had to cause of her mismanagement of the estate, never heard from her again. unprofessional and incompetent, you're better off representing yourself Edit: Oh look she actually replied, and once again deflects and doesn't answer the real questions. I wasn't an opposing party, I was a beneficiary, she was appointed estate attorney, the questions she wouldn't answer was me asking her if she felt bad for screwing us over and if she ever feels any remorse or accountability for her incompetence screwing people out of money. To say nothing of when I pointed out illegal actions and hypocrisy that she refused to address. Even when she has nothing to lose, she cowardly hides behind excuses and fails to take accountability for her incompetence. Hope she spent our money on something cool at least.

They came highly recommended for estate planning. We used Kyle and his team to set up our trusts and it went smoothly and without issues. However when it came to an easement issue we are having with a local municipality, the results are disappointing to say the least. We emailed a summary of the issue as we understood it, asking for advice and if Maatuka Al-Heeti Emkes would support us in the matter. My email describing the issue to Kyle's law clerk was used almost word for word to draft a letter to the City and we were billed $1000. The city ignored my request to meet and try to resolve the issue and after a few calls and emails to determine what the next steps would be, we have gotten no response from Kyle or his team. In summary, in straight forward estate planning matters a good choice. In other aspects of property and contract law, there may be better options.
