Hello my name is Manuel Escalante My need for legal representation began on May 5th .2021 After being a victim of a traffic crash . Without going into details I can say that GWC Injury lawyers were very professional The attorney who took over my case was very professional and theral. To call him professional is not enough to describe His person . It is not the outcome of my case that describes My attorney but the work and professionalism that he displayed While working my case. My attorneys name is Elliot Harris . Let me add this to my story. Yes I am a former client of GWC Injury Lawyers and happy with the outcome of my case. All I can say is that Mr Elliot Harris never made a decision on any of the steps leading to the closure of my case without calling me and discussing all issues ., Questions and concerns. I signed documents giving GWC attorneys authority to act on my behalf, with that in mind Mr Harris Always either send me text information or called me . Manny times I called after hrs to ask a question or questions about my case And I always got a response via text followed by a phone call. Anyone can say that is their job. It is during normal working hrs. You can say well that's what they get paid for. That is wrong . No amount of financial gain is worth loosing time being with their family. Yet Mr.Elliot Harris never gave me the impression that he was too busy or With his family and did not have time to answer a question from a client. GWC and especially Raul Rodriguez battled for me against one of the the largest Gas Supplier in the US. Learned that patience is the key and let your lawyer work because the opposition will use every means legally necessary to have you settle for less. Cases just take time and even though I spent 36 year's there.... when it came time for them to help....I was considered a liability. Bad service from the start. I was chasing them for services and they said that they can handle my cases. Gave them more than 3 days for the attorneys to call me back and still no one even knows or have any of the notes that was taken. Word to the wise: Don't bother with the bad service from this firm.
