They let me begin a process I was never eligible for in the first place. After years of waiting, paying their fees, and holding onto hope, everything fell apart because of their oversight. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me -- but aren't they supposed to be the professionals? They offered a credit toward a different process that I no longer need, which doesn't make up for the wasted time and money. Now that I'm back to my original plan, they can't move forward because I was never eligible. Poor communication and zero accountability. I do not recommend this firm.

Definitely made a huge difference to have someone who understands what you're going through while facing divorce battle. There were no hidden fees and they lead your case with care and support.
