Originally I hired Jim Gomeric to represent me for a case in St Clair County. He got another job with the county so Mr Kelly who was not hired by me somehow took over my case. What I was accused of I was not guilty of so I was prepared to go to trial but Mr Kelly told me they were getting my case dismissed if I pay a $1000 fine. So to avoid all the hassle I agreed. About a year later my name was ran in the NCIC system (National Crime Index Center) and it showed a conviction in the case. I called Mr Kelly at least six times without a phone call back and left messages. When he finally called back he said he has never heard of the NCIC. I asked other lawyers about that, their response was if someone practice law and have not heard of the NCIC something is not right with them. He told me he would look into it but never called back. Since our last conversation I have called multiple times still no call back are no resolution. When we do talk his answers or short and you can clearly tell he is not engaged in what he took an oath to do. So if you want good representation, a lawyer that will be completely honest with and a lawyer that you really feel will work hard for you I advise to not go to this law firm. I will be reported them to the state of Illinois as well.
