UNRELIABLE we had an appointment for tomorrow that was scheduled a month ago to discuss establishing a trust. They were rude on the phone and canceled less than 24h prior to our appointment stating that because of an address listed in Wisconsin they would not meet with us even if that address could be change anytime.
