He is the kind of lawyer we all hate. He was immediately condescending during the opening seconds of our phone call, and before asking about my case or trying to be helpful he wanted me to send him $5,000 right away -- and acted as if I couldn't pay it. Funny thing is that he was cutting me off as I was trying to tell him I would pay him way more if I didn't have to come back to the state. As someone who does business with these type of people, I would warn against his type. I'm not sure of his lawyer capabilities, but its obvious what type of person he is. Dont trust him to fight for your freedom or rights -- pay the extra money to get some one who is a real person and will care about your situation Edit: made some calls to a couple lawyer friends in Missouri and they put me in touch with a much better lawyer who I will link in this comment once the case is finished. He was actually cheaper, very respectful and professional, and did more than what Stobbs said he was able to do for me. After that accept I double-down on my review. Stobbs is your worst option.
