I don't understand how this place has 5 stars. We tried working with them about a case and the entire time they only had a receptionist text me. No phone call, I didn't even get to talk to a lawyer. After sending them all the information a receptionist texted back a few days later saying we didn't have a case so they wouldn't be helping me. I asked a follow up question and they completely ignored me. Again, I never even SPOKE to a lawyer. Very unprofessional and impersonal. It comes off as them being completely uninterested in actually helping people.
