I'm truly grateful to Atty. Valenti and his amazing team for helping me through my divorce journey. Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO TO THOMAS VALENTI (the son) I went thru MARBLE LAW which hires attorneys for set fees. Im on disability so went that route as im on a fixed income. He represented me thru Marble and then dragged it out since December 2023 to NOW. The same week of the hearing he states to the judge my client is on disability and that my ex needs to pay XYZ...THEN turns around and SUES ME for over $4000 of FALSE CHARGES. I ask the judge how many other Marble Law clients does he scam??? By the way he LOST my case and did NOTHING but add extra stress with thinking hes on MY SIDE and turn around the SAME WEEK he just told the judge he thinks my ex should pay $998 a week. As of TODAY I just received $400 a WEEK. It was $630 BEFORE I hired him thru Marble. As a father and husband and a SON of a lawyer you would think he would have true intentions and to THINK he would be so ignorant. NOW he says I owe him over $5000 and doesn't like that I cant pay $250/month...Which I already have loans thru Marble over $9000! Then he scams me for $5000+. Unbelievable DO NOT USE TOM VALENTI THE SON WHO RIDES HIS FATHERS COATTAILS. CLEARLY HIS DAD HAS AN IMPRESSIVE BACKGROUND HISTORY AND THIS ONE MADE HISTORY TELLING THE JUDGE HE NEEDED MORE TIME BECAUSE HIS DOG DIED! EXCUSE ME. HE REALLY NEEDS TO BE OVERSEEN BY THE BAR WITH HOW HE LIES TO HIS CLIENT VERY DECEITFUL.

Tom is an amazing attorney! After I separated from my child's mother my ex and her grandmother teamed up and went to extraordinary lengths to keep my Daugher from me. Blocked all of their contact information and moved. I initiated a custody case and hired Tom and even with multiple felonies in my background from my younger days he still won me full custody. I will forever be thankful for his help. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Tom Velenti if you want a lawyer who is really going to fight for you.
