He was appointed to be my kids guardian ad litem- which he has no business working with kids in any sort of case because he is completely biased from the start. In appointments, If I brought up concerns about issues with anything he would be completely dismissive and tell me not to worry about anything because I'm "doing a good job, keep doing what you're doing" and that I would have my kids back by the end of summer. Not only did he lie about that, but he also wrote a terrible and dishonest report and even went as far as to say I only care about myself and that I'm emotionally immature because I don't want to reconcile with toxic family members. It is impossible to defend yourself with any issue because he'll say you're playing the victim. All in all, if you need a good lawyer, stay away from Craig because he is very dishonest.

Had a meeting with Craig today on FALSE allegations he filed against me trying to take my son away from me. He has not done his job and when called on it he got EXTREMELY aggressive and put his hands in my boyfriend's face while telling him to shut up. Craig is not someone who should be involved with children and will make women feel unsafe and scared.

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't leave a ZERO star review. STAY AWAY from Craig. We were trying to get guardianship of my nephew and the judge appointed a guardian ad litem. We didn't have a choice nor did I know we had a choice in who it would be. Had I known now what Craig would do as the guardian ad litem, I would have requested a different one. First, Craig didn't follow the statue of the responsibilities in Idaho Code 15-5-315. He didn't submit a written report to the court for our court date on 10/27/23 nor has he ever finished it as of 3/11/24. I received a bill on 3/7/23 for a zoom meeting Craig had with my nephew's maternal grandmother about "rights to child". Craig says that is my responsibility since I was the guardian. So apparently if you are awarded guardianship, craig will require you to pay for the child's parents &/or grandparents to try to get their rights back. NOT OKAY. Craig was very rude and unprofessional when I questioned why I was "responsible" for such bill. I would never use him as an attorney for anything. Period. It's so out of line, I was advised to file a complaint with the Idaho Stare BAR.

I was referred to Craig by some of my best friends who retained him for their family law case. Craig has helped me thus far, and continues to help me with my situations. He's a rockstar as I've got a few different things going on. He's always educating his clients, and is available and patient. His office has always been professional with me, and has provided every piece of court documentation for my cases. His receptionist and assistant are very helpful. Any emails to craig or his staff are responded to in a timely manner, if i need a Last minute appointment they work with me. He's always punctual for court. Current cases are custody modifications, termination of guardianship, and custody modifications. If I have any questions I'm able to call the law office and get answers, or email Craig directly in which the response is almost immediate, considering I'm not his only client. Definitely recommend! Keep in mind, if any law firm has represented someone related to or is the other party, that law firm cannot represent you, that's not just Craig. They also practice within their specialties and if he feels he cannot help you, he has a right to turn down your cases so you can be represented appropriately within case specifications.
