Brent Morgan is one of a kind. It is extremely hard to find a really good attorney let alone one that has morals and good family values. I can write pages of instances of where I admire and have the upmost respect for the man. There was times in my instance I was mad and angry. I just wanted to throw stones at my daughters mother. He would always respond what's best for the child at the moment even if I didn't agree. Now because he helped me put my daughter first her mother and I have one of the best co-parenting relationships. He is very very detailed and methodical. He is always prepared and that has a lot to do with his wife and daughter at the front of the office. They are a huge part of the success of their family owned business. I know this because in our local family businesses we have had to deal with a lot of other attorneys. Mr Morgan is at the top of our list in so many ways. Best lawyer ever! I was going through a very long drawn out divorce. Brent took my case on in the middle of it and was able to get results and FINALLY get my divorce papers signed and closed! He was excellent at communicating with me, keeping me updated, and explaining all my opinions. The staff there is also very helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things. Brent Morgan is a wonderful attorney. He helped my husband and I prepare an estate plan some years ago. My husband passed away this past year and the estate plan took effect. The trusts into which my husband's assets passed were well-planned and structured such that I had very little legal distress in the form of probate or contested wills to deal with. Brent configured the estate plan and constructed the associated trusts all in accordance with state law and then helped distribute assets accordingly into the correct repositories. Brent was also very kind and caring at a time when in the midst of my own personal grief, I did not have much emotional stamina left over to deal with the distribution of estate assets. Brent is very knowledgeable concerning estate planning and trusts and was able to answer all my questions and concerns concerning same. I am so glad to have had all this in place, with Brent's help and direction, before my husband passed away.
