Very poor experience here, especially regarding the lack of communication. Jena at the front desk was very pleasant, but retaining Wynn Mosman did me no favors in my overall divorce process. Their fatal flaw was the lack of communication. I'd call Jenna to try and get ahold of Wynn, but was usually shunted to Beau who wasn't licensed at the time and was working as a 'paralegal' with seemingly unlimited latitude. They wouldn't respond to messages, and then when I called the office I was promised a call back and waited 11 days (this previously said 1 month, but Beau emailed me to correct me) to hear anything from them, despite my return calls in the interim. When I finally got ahold of them, I heard Wynn was out of the office for another 6 weeks and they informed me that other filings had been entered into the court regarding my case and I should find other counsel. I wish I had done so sooner. They were very nice, refunded my retainer, and like I say, Jena was incredibly kind, but they didn't meet my legal needs.
