My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mike McClure at Black Creek Legal. He helped us update a legal document regarding the ownership of our home. From our initial contact with the office to schedule an appointment through the consultation to determine what needed to be done everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Mike is very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly to us. He followed through with us on the outcome and our document was updated quickly. Was pretty bummed out to be honest. I was referred here and the first thing that got thrown at me was all negative and 20k for a retainer. Would have gladly paid it just to be treated decent and feel like somebody was in my corner...but didn't get that here unfortunately. I guess dad custody cases aren't their thing.

I live in the Twin Falls Area. There is a ton of the buddy game system going on here between attorneys. I have had to go through every attorney in my area before getting an Attorney from Boise. I have a complex case. Mrs. Jaxon Eggleston knew the kind of case before consult. When she introduced herself to me. She felt the need to explain she is fresh out of college STARTING her career. Why is it society looks upon the amount of years and not actual work Ethics. The greatest gift my overly priced Seasoned attorney gave me, when she found out I was looking for new representation and withdrew. As a client I had the right to do a little research on Mrs. Jaxon Eggleston. I would not take the time to write this if I did not know for a fact. Do not measure this woman by days of working in the field. Measure this wonderful highly intellectual woman by. She has been studying this her entire life and she has what I call a deadly firm behind her. So in short I have one word to sum Mrs. Jaxon Eggleston with. Mike McClure was great to work with. I was impressed with how thorough he was -- he made sure that every detail was taken care of. He also stayed in close contact with us and kept us up to date and apprised of everything as we were going through the entire process. Mike was able to get the money that we were hoping for and helped us avoid any additional legal hangups along the way. He knew just what to do and it all worked out great. Mike's a really personable, honest guy and he obviously cares about his clients. Update: All of the people at Black Creek Legal are super friendly and helpful. We just recently used this company again, this time to set up wills and a trust. Once again, everything was handled very professionally and thoroughly and it all worked out great. We will definitely continue to use them for any legal needs we have.
