5 stars is not enough! Dan, Devon, and their entire staff are fantastic. They made it clear from the start that my health and well-being were their priority. Having never been in a situation like this I had no idea what to do. I took their advice about getting treatment and that always worked out well. They returned calls promptly and were never rushed on the phone. I had no idea what to expect concerning a settlement and relied entirely on their expertise. They got a fantastic settlement and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my case. Hopefully I will never have another negligent driver run into me again, but if it happens these are the first people I will call.

Kigan was very helpful! He returned my call shortly after I requested the consultation and still provided me with valuable information even though restrictions prevent me from obtaining an attorney outside of my home state (not Idaho). I don't usually write reviews but I have to say this firm earned it. BAM was there for me after my slip and fall at a shopping center. The property manager kept denying it was their fault, but BAM didn't back down. Kigan and Mara fought hard and always kept me informed. What I liked most is that they never gave me false promises they were honest and still got great results. I'd absolutely recommend them.
