I am really grateful to John and his team at Avery Law. They were super helpful and nice to work with, They explained everything clearly and guided me step by step, and checked in often to see if I was doing alright. I didn't feel overwhelmed throughout the whole process and genuinely felt supported and cared for, which is why everything went so smoothly. Filing bankruptcy is overwhelming but Avery Law went above and beyond to make it simple and AFFORDABLE! I cannot recommend them enough! I wish I would have came to them sooner and eliminated all the stress I was dealing with. Thank you guys so much for giving my husband and I our life's back!

Everything started out wonderfully. I paid the 500 dollars to start the process and was in communication with them and told them to wait a week, because I was working on something to try and avoid filling. I text them and told them to stop the process. I contacted the para legal I was working with and she told me no problem, that they could deduct around 160 dollars from the 500 and refund the rest. I tried to call and email and text John Avery direct. I showed up in person to the office and about a week later got a phone call form John Avery asking me why it took so long to ask for a refund. I text him the conversation I had saved, showing the week it took and now...crickets. I find this very disrespectful and when people go there for a bankruptcy most people find the 500 dollars a large sum of money. I guess I have to write it off. I still get generic emails asking when I want to start the process! This all started in January 2025 it is now September 2025.

Mr. Avery is the best. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and truly there to help. LeAnn is the best there is. She is always willing to help answer any questions you have. This has been a very easy process thanks to Avery Law.
