NICK SMILEY-KALLAS is not trustworthy. I gave 2500 to the guy and he messed up my case like no other. First he signed papers that he shouldn't of. Then sent evidence in wrong losing my case. Come to find out he is completely new only being in practice for a year. After he knew he messed up everything he stopped reply to me no communication. When there was communication he said stuff that wasn't true. He agreed to give my money back but then time to pay back he didn't give what he said he would. True snake. I highly don't recommend this firm or Nick.

I think alot of attorney Nick Smiley, I wouldn't recommend to anyone getting into criminal trouble, especially at a felony level, but if you do and you need a local attorney, Nick is a good one that cares....he may not always be able to get the desired result , but he tries...
