Don't waste your time they are either over worked or something none of the lawyers are ever prepared . My wife went all the way to trial before the judge . The lawyer was un prepared knew nothing about her case and didn't prepare for the trial . He didn't vouch for her at all . They have taken her drivers license and everything but her condition is not severe then why take her license to drive . The doctor retaliated against my for not taking medicine that she has a fear of taking instead of understanding her concerns as a patient he retaliated and reported her to the DMV and they revoked her license he was never given the indication that she could not drive or ever caused an accident .it's Clear medical malpractice so her condition is severe enough not to drive but not enough to merit disability. The doctor did no test just wanted her on pills my wife wasn't ok with that she went and saw natural pathic doctor . So if you don't take pills they deny you for disability. It's all rigged in favor of lining the pharmaceutical companies pockets . They changed her lawyer so many times over as gravis law she never had a chance to win . Her case took so long over the years for the appeals that no one ever got to really know my wife she was just a number in their system horrible services and they don't pay attention to detail the lawyer was not ready . They also didn't test my wife for her iQ . She has a learning disability had one her whole life it's documented and they are saying that the supposed 5 minute test they did out weighs all the years she was esl classes he woke life I think not . That is not the scope of a therapist to test how smart someone is her job is to be a therapist you let them add that on my wife record .They didn't even challenge what test they said they administered to her to see if they even did one like they said they did in judges decision on the appeal . she has had a learning disability her whole life . We are not from Montana my wife is from Connecticut so how will Montana know . We gave them her school records for what for them to make up their own synopsis. It don't work that way . They people that diagnosed her in Connecticut are doctors and professional too . it's all lies the lawyers let them add what ever to her medical file .
