Mr. Stucki and his staff has helped me with legal issues that were extremely stressful. He was nothing but very professional. I couldn't have gotten through an extremely difficult situation without their help. Mr. Stucki and his staff went above and beyond helping me get through a mess that was left behind by someone who didn't have a will. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for his professionalism and kindness.

Marvin made a habit of only communicating with me via email and did not reach out to me via phone when things were time sensitive. He informed me by email of a deadline in which I had to put together some evidence. I never saw the email as I would have expected the courtesy of a phone call and he did not follow up with me until the night before it was due. In my opinion, this was extremely negligent as we obviously needed to meet and go over the information and he then would have had to put it together into the proper legal format to submit. I'm my opinion, he should have been following up with me long before to let me know when he needed it, to schedule an appointment to get together and then have time to put it together and submit it to the other party. I trusted him when hiring him to guide me and protect me. That's what my current, helpful counsel does..when he did get ahold of me the night before the deadline, he made an appointment for me for the next morning to meet and I was under the impression that we would be submitting the information on time. I stayed up half the night preparing. When we met the next day, he told me he had other obligations that day and there was no way he could get it in on time. He assured me it would be ok and that he would just ask the other attorney for an extra week. He assured me he would say yes and attorneys extend this courtesy to each other often. He told me he would submit it the next week. I never heard anything different. I later found out that he turned in my information two months later. As a result of my deadline being missed, the other party filed a motion to strike my evidence from the record. I had gotten a bit behind on my bill and we had a verbal agreement on the phone that I would bring a check by. I forgot which Intake responsibility for and then he seemingly out of nowhere filed a motion to withdraw as my legal counsel. He did not talk to me about the missed payment or give me any sort of warning or heads up. I immediately replied when I found out he was withdrawing offering to remediate the situation with him and he didn't not reply, I then brought a check by his office three days later, emailing him letting him know I put it in the drop box since no one came to the door or answered the phone and again trying to work something out with him. He cashed the check but never replied. As a result of him so suddenly withdrawing, I was left under a lot of pressure to find new legal counsel quickly. I wrote a letter to Marvin letting him know I was unhappy with my service and never heard anything back.

I'd give less stars if I could. My ex, with substantial evidence of child abuse/neglect AND being investigated by cps, Marvin "advised" me to drop the case against my him. Honestly I felt like he just didn't want to deal with it. He took $1000 from me to tell a judge over video call we were dropping the cpo, and it took maybe one minute of anyones time. Then also backtracked on what we had agreed upon at a later time, which was that he would at least put that $1000 towards a full retainer for a full case. Would not recommend this man and will never go to him again.
