I would recommend looking elsewhere, I had a very disappointing and frustrating case with Paul Rippel as my lawyer. What was a case where myself and the other party was in total agreement (just needed to go through the courts), took over a year and more than $6000 (he initially told me we could get this taken care of easily with a $1000 retainer)! I had numerous emails and calls go ignored, and the only time there was any movement forward to get this case wrapped up was when I contacted the other party who spoke with her lawyer. Then he blames the other party and takes no responsibility. There was no way he spent $6000 worth of time on my case. It was straightforward with all parties in agreement.

What a joke old and ignorant. Literally paid 3k retainer 4 months on a case and didn't do anything honestly. Beth and him will reel you along and never be straight forward with their answers. Absolutely unprofessional on how they handled my business. Easy straight forward custody modification i did all the work never even filed my paper work. Just mortified at the sheer laziness he exhibited. Surprised any firm would keep him on. if I could I would post my recorded phone calls with his assistant just comical and disappointing.
