Mr Bird made a lot of promises he didn't keep. He sad he could get my felony dropped to a misdemeanor on our first consultation. That didn't happen. He said he could get me a withheld judgment. That didn't happen either. Then he promised me after I finished my sentence with zero probation violations he would wave his fee to go back to court and get it dropped to a misdemeanor. That didn't happen either. I spent $5,000 on nothing. I could have got a Public defender and got the same outcome. I do not recommend him. When I called after my sentence was up he said he didn't remember telling me any of that and that he was moving out of state.
