There is no lawyer I would trust more to represent me legally than Becky Anderson. Becky quickly dispatched with a complex and serious legal matter that caused my husband and me to be up at night sweating with dread. Becky Anderson understood our urgency to resolve the issue. She very quickly cut to the chase with the opposing party and thoroughly resolved the situation. The outcome was better than we had thought possible. Becky thinks multiple moves ahead in devising her legal strategy. Then she quickly and methodically approaches the problem. She brought us immediate resolution. She didn't waste her time or our money with inefficiencies or dragging things out. She understood exactly who to speak to and what to say and when to say it. I am so grateful for Becky Anderson's legal help in a recent real estate contract dispute. It was clear from my first conversation with her that she had deep experience with the laws surrounding contracts and real estate. As I worked with her over several days, I came to appreciate how her sense of fairness and decency combined with an extensive and nuanced understanding of the law allowed her to find a very good solution to a problem that looked like it was going to mushroom into a terrible, expensive adversarial mess. We avoided the expense, risk and stress of litigation largely because of Becky's competence and professionalism. She was a wonderful advocate for my interests but she advocated for me in a way that minimized rather than maximized conflict with the opposing party. Ultimately, this was a big win for everyone. I was referred to Steven Meade from a friend. I hired him to get legal advise and help enforce what was already in my divorce decree/child support agreement. After many phone conversations, my agenda and concerns fell on deaf ears. He wanted to pursue issues that were not a concern for me. After being prepaid for his services I was sent an email that he had filed a motion to withdraw with the Court without consulting me. Which means, after collecting payment from me he quit. I would never recommend him to help with any legal issues. Not only was I not heard but he collected money in return for no services. I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience and I only hope that not all lawyers are the same.

I have worked with many attorneys in the past and have been disappointment due to lack of communication and work. Kim Gourley with Jones Gledhill Fuhrman Gourley, P.A. is top notch. He responds to emails immediately and follows up with what he is supposed to do. He has written demand letters for the company I work for as well as counseled us in many different business aspects. We've had positive outcomes from him for our business. He deserves 5 stars, which is why I wanted to write this review.

Erika Judd - talked a big game during an informal meeting with myself and my attorney of a year. None of the big talk was followed through on. After pushing through a court order to end the estate matter Erika was nowhere to be found. I had to track down my estate funds on my own. During this time my WMA took a 10k loss. Erikas response was she would have assumed the financial institution would have contacted me. Her incorrect assumption cost me 10k to which she said sorry (which I grew tired of as sorry doesn't cut it). She then wasted another 750$ and likely would have wasted 1-2k had I not fired her trying to track down a 7k check (again in the court order). Erika "assumed" the check was being mailed, but after 2 months of back and forth all I had to show for this was a growing legal bill with no results. It appeared Erika would check in on Monday with a course of action, then would pursue the course of action on Friday at the end of the business day. Monday the following week she would schedule a phone meeting where she would relay what she was going to do after having not done what she said she was going to do the week prior. This went on for weeks until I fired her. All she said was sorry for not following through which is lame considering she drained another 5k from my misery. I felt she was taking advantage of me financially which seems to be largely what she was doing. Enriching herself at her clients expense. So she will be quite pushy to get the court side of things finished, then be nowhere to be found when it comes to tracking down your inheritance (which she liked to lecture me about). She is also really good at wasting her clients time on all kinds of errands that are pointless.
