Apart from getting the positive & desired results, I was most impressed with Johnson May's overall integrity and approachability. They took the attitude that there were no "dumb questions", and were also extremely respectful & friendly. Gia & Katie were the perfect reps for this company & set the tone for the high level of trust I had in Johnson May's ability to represent my wife and I. In the billing end they could have taken advantage, but they didn't abuse the right to take more than was fair. In the future, I wouldn't hesitate to make them my first call. I highly recommend Johnson May!

My father contested his sister's will which was leaving me her estate to me. The attorney that helped her with her will was a witness for me, so he recommended Johnson May Law Firm. Katie Sliman was assigned to my case. Katie appreciated how much information I provided to her to help me. Katie and her paralegal Sheri Mitchell kept dates & facts correct, met deadlines, and only made necessary filings. Unlike my father's attorney which even messed up dates the judge set, didn't keep facts straight, and made unnecessary filings with the court. I highly recommend using Johnson May because I felt they knew the processes well. If I ever need an attorney again, I will call & ask for Katie Sliman.

Too many to list, but most frustrating didn't send billings or invoices monthly then we tried to contact no return calls. When we kept calling and would finally get someone we would get a $45 charge each time to say going to send. Still wouldn't receive, call in again and get charged again. Their professionalism is horrible. Lawyers supposed to representing you totally screwing you over and still didn't ever get help on what we originally went in for. Ran us out of our retainer without our knowledge and then OVER our retainer with us trying to figure out what we were charged for. Now we are out of money & got zero help. Feel conned by situation went for help & now by Johnson & May!!! So heartbreaking.......

Went there and they charged me $400 for an initial consultation...They stated that they advised me the cost in a e/m. I searched my inbox, spam, deleted etc . And there was no record of the e/m. I never would have agreed to $400 for an initial consultation. I paid it that day. That was over two weeks ago. They stated they were going to send me a list of requirements to move forward. They never did I felt like they were milking me as they wanted to rewrite my entire trust. Not very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and decided to move. Update 10/23/24: I contacted Johnson May law and discussed the above issue. To my surprise they agreed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and have offered a full refund of the consultation fee. I honestly did not expect that. I'm happy with the result and their kind understanding of the issue. They are good folks after all. Much appreciated!!!
