We hired Ed Guerricabeitia back in 2019. He worked very hard for us and was able to get several matters resolved and won 2 lawsuits. We also hired him to help our adult son in a probate case. We do not have anything bad to say. You need the best attorney to go against a builder or a fire caused by others, We highly suggest you retain Ed. I hired Mike Band to help me with a new construction contract, he was able to quickly see the many deficiencies in the GC's proposed contract, and also was able to fix it quickly to be in line with industry standard. He highlighted my risk areas and was able to shed light on the industry norms and practices. He worked very efficiently and answered all my questions and concerns. I would, and surely will hire Mike again, once I find another GC with better contract practices in place. Such an important part of the construction process!

Terrible, you might as well tell facebook what is going in your personal life, he will advertise it if pressured. Malcolm loves drama and will assure you it is ok until he has to deal with an adversary over his caliber and will act like a baby who hasn't passed the bar. I also unfortunately referred multiple people to Malcolm and they have also fallen prey to his terrible llegal advice, if theres is honesty in this profession dont look here.
