Ann Shepard Law Offices

I've known Ann for several years. When my marriage came to an end and I needed a divorce attorney she was the one I went to. She is incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. She made my case a priority when I needed her too and never made me feel like my questions or requests were anything other than important. She gave me her expertise and made my divorce go very smoothly. I have two children and my divorce was completed in a very expeditious manner. She took the time to look at all of the pieces of the puzzle of my life and made a tough thing like divorce go as smoothly as possible. Her legal assistant (Monica) is incredibly knowledgeable as well and returned all phone calls and e-mails as quickly as she could. I would highly recommend Ann and her office.

Ann was my ex's attorney. If he had a better attorney, he may not had lost everything. Ann exacerbated a small issue telling her client to not negotiate, to not do mediation and a simple issue turned into a year of fighting. It became incredibly expensive for both parties, and he was not in a situation where he could pay. What was already a strained relationship turned into my ex loosing control even if I stepped into the room with him. Ann convinced him to not budge, which made our relationship go from bad to worse. She told him to instead of work issues out, to fight for everything. Ann was unprofessional in her actions towards me and made theatrical scenes. In the end, my ex lost literally everything. I have full custody of the children and he lost everything he asked for. He no longer has a house, belongings, car, and certain freedoms. In the end, any possibility of trying to be civil to one another was destroyed. Ann is tough, but be willing to destroy any positive relationship with the other party, and if children are involved, they will suffer greatly in the middle unless one party gets full custody. If you hire her, be willing to pay great dividends in time, money, and the possibility of loosing peace and closure.

Ann has by far been the best attorney. She came highly recommended to me from a few friends that had used her for family law. I was not disappointed. Ann is very knowledgeable when it comes to Idaho Law. She is very understanding of your situation and goes to bat for you! I believe in her 100% and would definitely consult with her again if needed. Her rates may seem high but in the end it is worth all the money put in. Monica (her legal assistant) always responded efficiently to any calls and emails. I appreciate you both!

Ann Shepard went above and beyond the call for me. She returned all of my calls, and was prepared for every hearing that I went to. Worth every dollar. Very personable and very professional. Can't say enough about her.
