Takitani & Agaran: Wildman Joe

Our family has been working with Mr. Wildman after my son, who was serving in the military, was hit by a drunk driver in Honolulu. This has been a truly life-altering and legally complex case, made even more challenging because the individual responsible has since left the state and cannot be found. I hired this law firm and specifically attorney Joe Wildman for help with my trip and fall case, in which I tripped over uneven cement and fell on my face and head incurring several serious injuries. Being injured in any kind of accident is stressful and traumatic, and I was hoping that attorney Joe Wildman would understand this. Sadly, attorney Joe Wildman was not very understanding at all. Today, without any explanation and suddenly without warning, attorney Wildman got upset with me, and took things personally when I wrote an email to him that one of my providers was not included for the Notice of Claim. Well, attorney Wildman lost his temper and patience with me and informed me that he was terminating services and he did not want to be my attorney anymore, literally leaving me stranded halfway through my claim, and still recovering from my numerous injuries. I personally think that attorney Wildman's fragile ego was bruised and that is why he terminated services with me. So, this has been a very negative and bad experience with this law firm as I found out in working with him that attorney Joe Wildman is not patient and understanding of his clients and what they are going through, and lacked compassion in how he dealt with me and treated me. After all, to desert a client, leave a client stranded and terminate attorney services is a drastic act, and in this situation I did nothing wrong to deserve this harsh and severe action by attorney Wildman. So, do yourself a favor, DO NOT hire this law firm, specifically attorney Joseph Wildman. I need an attorney who will treat me with patience, understanding and kindness, and attorney Joseph Wildman is not that kind of attorney. Joe, why did you become a personal injury attorney in the first place?
