My experience at Wahiawa Physical Therapy is excellent, and I am motivated to reach my mobility goals! There are two factors that make me feel I am on the right track. First, the therapist really listens to my concerns and adjusts each exercise accordingly. And second, they sent to my email an instructional video on how to do each of the exercises safely at home. This is personalized with the number of reps as well as encouraging comments if I enter feedback. It's almost like having the therapist in my home! Thank you for this motivational video!

This place has a welcoming atmosphere, flexible in terms of scheduling, and allows kids to be around when needed. Very friendly-- you get greeted as soon as you come into the office. Taigen is amazing, he valued every concern I had and went beyond my expectations. Professional and finds different solutions and always has different ideas to offer every session.
