Im not given to hyperbole but the services I received here, under the care of Phillip Arca, was unequivocally superb. He is clearly experienced, deeply knowledgeable, with a unique ability to translate technical terms into plain English. He showed great patience (im not the best patient) and happily answered the many questions I was peppering him with. Really am excellent experience all around.
Victor and Bree were very professional and thorough with my evaluation and detailed information about my issue. They gave me exercises to do to at home to help progress the healing and continue to be healthy. Love love the detailed videos and instructions when I went the app they provided. It definitely helped me step by step .
a (lame) Doc referred me to this office. took weeks to go through. Went back in for a check in with doctor and she could not believe FLPT had not scheduled an appointment with me. I couldnt work with my injury so all the time they wasted was very frustrating. Then the old white lady who was assigned to my case LAUGHED at me for bringing my anatomy books so we could discuss what muscles, and such were involved (i do massage) she sarcastically chided "what are we studying for a test" then proceeded to do a few tests talking to me about nothing although i was politely asking questions to best understand MY BODY. she then went on the grafton technique which im familiar with in massage except SHE SAID EWWWW, GROSSS, THATS DISGUSTING, MAKING ME CRINGE. while. she. was. working. on. a verry. sensitive. injury. ...... never in my life, have i experienced this level of unprofessionalism, and in the field of health THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. you are supposed to bee an office of healing. instead I left more HURT than I came in. this office is a joke and the staff are too! Seriously quit your day job, because youre terrible.
THE BEST!!!! The staff is excellent. I have been to over 5 different PT over the last 10 years and by far I have gotten the best results with Fukuji & Lum.
