Sean encompasses all of the positive attributes we wanted in an attorney. He is kind, professional, thoughtful and thorough. Our family wanted to create a trust. Sean listened closely to our needs during our initial conversation. He then came to our residence to obtain the information he needed to complete our documents. Finding a trustworthy attorney is a daunting tasks, or so I thought! My Aunt and Uncle's situation required a tenured attorney with extensive experience in wills and trusts as our situation was a bit complicated given the Lahaina Fires. I called multiple attorneys, left messages, the ONLY attorney to return my call was Sean Scott. He returned my call within 24-hours, in my book that is acceptable business etiquette. I explained the situation, he listened intently, repeated the scenarios, offered multiple resolutions to consider. I appreciated the quick responses as I was on a condensed time line. I need to mention that each follow-up call I made to Sean was answered promptly and his time to resolution was efficient. Our initial consultation was filled of information, options, and most importantly, relief! After family discussions and decisions were made, multiple phone conversations occurred with Sean to answer our questions, update documents and a final read of the documents prior to signing. All went easy as pie! To finalize the paperwork Sean came out to Lahaina to meet with us, explain the documents thoroughly whereby my 80 year old Aunt and Uncle could understand what they were signing, this meeting, Sean spent over 3 hours with us.
