Very unfair and unprofessional people! Mr Rego told me he would take on my WC case two months ago but I would have to advocate for myself and once I did the things he told me to do give him a call back. Well I did just that today and he decided to say he never told me he would take my case in July, August or September... huh??? What are you talking about...? He said his notes say he would give me advice not take my case. Guess what this was a lesson well learned Moving forward everything must be in writing because this made absolutely no sense!!! Along with he raising his voice and wouldn't allow me to speak and telling him what I wrote down when we spoke 2 months ago.
