Law Office of William Fenton Sink

Working with Attorney Sink and his paralegal Jennifer on a case. Attorney Sink's pricing allowed me to hire him when other attorneys' pricing was prohibitive. So far, we have gained traction; will update this review with more details when there are more updates. Update: so far, did the mediation but have not been able to agree on the mediation agreement. Waiting for questions to be addressed for about four months now.

Mr. Sink and Jennifer Inouye have absolutely help me come out on top after a hit and run. I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work.

Tl;dr I can't afford to hire a lawyer out-of-pocket, but he was super helpful anyway! We had property damage (but no injuries) from a car accident due to negligent auto services, so I reached out to a legal referral service for possible contingency based service or even just legal advice. They gave me the names of two law offices. The first basically said "We don't do that. Good luck. And if you want to hire us it's $350/hr and a $10,000 retainer". But Mr. Sink called me back himself to see if anyone had responded to my email, and then gave me some starting advice for gathering evidence and writing a letter to the auto service company, before trying for small claims court. It seems small but hearing advice like that from a lawyer goes a long way when you don't know where to start to recoup your losses. His return call however brief, was free legal advice. He could have ignored the inquiry as a non viable lead, as did the other firm. Instead, he took the time to set me in the right direction and that bit of good will says a lot imo.

I was referred to Mr.Sink's office through HSBA, and just had a phone consultation regards to employment issue I was going through. They got back to me very fast, and everything was really straightforward. I gained lots of clarity and support from him. I decided not to pursue the lawsuit because mine wasn't going to make a strong case after all. Now I know who to contact if our family need legal advices. Thank you for your service!

Willie is an excellent attorney! I had to hire hijacked twice and both outcome was a win. I now refer him to all my friends and family. First experience I had sued Hawaiian Humane Society for illegally euthanizing a rescue dog, he not only won against HHS but also helped me shut down the daycare that was paid to foster this rescue dog named Hunter. 2nd opportunity was when a company filed a false complaint against me to my employer. Willie is fair and listens, Willie is not like other attorneys who tries to have you send all useless documents just to bill you for their time. Willie truly cares about your situation and will request only important paper work or evidence he knows he needs and will use. Both times we got the outcome I needed.
