Jon and his team helped me with my auto injury case. From day one...they made things simple and a breeze. First time ever needing legal advisory, and Jon told me..."you do what you need to do on your end and he and his team would take care of the rest". They sure did, kept me posted on what was going on every step of the way,and also accomodated my busy schedule. Big shout out to Maritess(Tess)...for keeping me coordinated throughout the process aswell.Greatful and thankful for Jon and staff. Definitely will recommend his firm to family and friends. Jon & His Team Are great they would explain every thing in detail i was injured by a medical procedure gone wrong my ordeal lasted 4years for an out come ,But Jon would always reassured me that i had a case and always included me on any decisions to be made . he always would advise me on what was best for my family and i I would Highly recommend them with out hesitation.

Please re think having this attorneys office represent your case. I spoke to a man on the phone today that took the consults for the cases. One of the rudest people Iv ever spoke to on the phone. I briefly explained my accident to him and he stated the office wouldn't take my case. When I KINDLY asked him what cases do they take since their website said "Personal injury attorney", HE GOT INCREDIBLY RUDE WITH ME, RAISING HIS VOICE AND STATING " I DIDNT SAY YOU DIDNT HAVE A CASE, I SAID **WE** WOULDNT TAKE YOUR CASE, DO YOU WANT THIS PHONE NUMBER OR NOT" and when I asked why he was getting angry, he raised his voice again. I hope this man doesn't represent the whole law office because I would never recommend anyone to this office because of him.

My experience with Jon Jacobs was nothing but exceptional. First my case was denied from the larger attorney offices but they suggested him. He listened to my case and took it on. He walked me through everything even while recovering from a brain injury. He was kind and understanding. He always checked in on my recovery process to see if I was making progress and doing well. He did not make me feel rushed at all and fought to make sure I received the compensation that was owed to me, while the insurance companies were trying to take advantage of me. 100% would recommend. It felt really good to have someone like Jon fighting for me.

I have so many great things to say about Jon S. Jacobs, he helped me when the other lawyers couldn't. My case was two years old and I wasn't getting anywhere with anyone. But Mr. Jacobs was able to work with me and the other guy to get me a fair amount for my car accident. And in a good time frame too. I greatly appreciate everything he did for me to get the most for my injury. He actually cared about my case and didn't just have me settle at the first offer to they came at me with.
